Case Types Statistics
  • The Case Types that are common under County Div. Two are SC, CC, EV, PL, CT &MI
  • All EV (Eviction) Cases are listed under the hearings tab in their court as “Eviction Hearing”
  • All SC (Small Claims) Cases are listed under the hearings tab as an “Initial Hearing”
  • CC, PL, CT will have a Summons that is delivered to the defendant and that person will have a set period to respond to the complaint and if they do respond, the court will take whatever steps forward that are necessary
