Liquor License Clearance

Renewal 

In order to obtain a Liquor License Renewal, all taxes must be current. The office requires that the Property Tax Clearance Form be completed prior to requesting a renewal.
 
Transfer
In order to obtain a Liquor License Transfer, all taxes must be current. An estimated advance payment will be collected for the current year taxes. Advance payment must be paid with cash, cashiers check or money order. The office requires that the Property Tax Clearance Form be completed prior to requesting a transfer.  Information regarding party responsible for future taxes must be provided.
 
Permit in Escrow
In order to obtain a Tax Clearance for a Permit in Escrow, all taxes must be current.
