Pretrial Diversion Program

The Pretrial Diversion Program (PDP) is a program in which a defendant can have his or her criminal case deferred by fulfilling certain requirements. The requirements can range anywhere from community service to attending drug/alcohol counseling. Successful completion of the program will result in the dismissal of the defendant’s criminal case.
